From walls to wiring, each stage of production is meticulously executed to ensure quality, speed, and environmental responsibility.

STEP 1

Logistics

All materials are delivered to the factory in advance. Mostly from Ukraine.

STEP 2

Assembly

In the factory, floor, inner and outer walls are assembled.

STEP 3

Integrations

The module house is then painted and fitted with electricity, water, heating, etc.

STEP 4

Swift Deployment

After only 2 days, the module house is moved to the site. It is usable within a couple of hours.

About us

The company was founded in July, 2022 with the purpose to reconstruct Ukraine with cheap, sustainable houses.


A production line was established in Lviv together with a Danish company with many years of experience building houses on a production line.

Founders

Director - Lives in Lviv, Ukraine
Jakob Dalhoff has been involved in the real estate industry all his adult life. After working as a real estate agent for a few years, he chose to live out his entrepreneurial dream, which resulted in the establishment of DN Erhverv A/S, where he worked as a commercial real estate agent for ten years with specialization in investment properties. His entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in the founding of a number of companies. In 2004, he helped found MatchOffice and Lokalebasen.dk, which today mediate commercial leases in more than 100 countries, where he remains Director and responsible for operations.
Director & Co-owner of Property Partners
Jesper is co-owner and director of Property Partners and has many years of experience with board work, both as a member and as chairman of several companies. Board experience in the areas of: real estate, shipping, internet, import and export. Jesper is an experienced top manager with special skills in project development and sales. Among other things, responsible for the property transactions via Property Partners.
Partner at Bruun & Hjejle Advokatfirma
Søren is a partner in the Real Estate and Enterprise professional group and represents Danish and international clients in all types of cases relating to real estate, including property transactions, financing of real estate, tenancy law, construction and development projects, PPP projects and enterprise law. Søren took up his position as partner at Bruun & Hjejle in 2006 and became managing partner in 2015. He has a degree in law from Aarhus University.
